Leigh Scott co-writes and directs this sci-fi comedy horror. In New York City, great white sharks genetically engineered to be the size of piranhas are sold to the wealthy as novelty pets. But when some of them escape into the water supply, the mutated fish quickly multiply and begin to terrorise the city's helpless population.
