James E. Webb was the NASA administrator who oversaw much of the Apollo program. He helped build the Johnson Space Flight Center, and ensured the Mariner and Pioneer missions happened. The successor to the Hubble Space Telescope is named after him, and this wallet is in tribute to that new telescope.
