Yoga for Beginners is the ideal way to help you to start to understand and integrate this ancient wisdom into your daily life. Bringing balance and calm to the mind, body and spirit leaves you feeling refreshed, relaxed and re-energised.

Warming Up:
Establishing correct breathing and posture to ensure proper practise. Also includes basic stretching exercises which help constitute a comprehensive warm-up routine.

Main Yoga Workout:
The workout can be done straight after "The Sun Salutation" or as a main workout in its own right. Feel the advantages of better breathing, flexibility and overall fitness, while performing the classic yoga postures, such as The Plough, The Lion, The Cobra, The Child and The Cat and Dog.

Waking Up To Yoga:
The classic yoga sequence "The Sun Salutation" - taught step-by-step!

Warming Down:
Helping the body to register all of the good features achieved from the workout. This section will also still the mind and prepare you for the rest of the day.
