Big animal horror directed by Tobe Hooper. One hundred years ago lake Sobek was the main attraction for an enormous Nile Crocodile; however, when the creature went beserk one night and ate nearly everyone in sight the locals burnt down everything in sight, including the lake's hotel. In the present a group of friends moor on the banks of the lake, but when one of the friends discovers a crocodile nest he steals an egg and plants it in his girlfriend's rucksack as a joke. What he does not realise is that the mother crocodile has been watching him and soon all hell breaks loose as one by one the friends are torn apart by the Nile Crocodile.
