The network signal has the ability to transmit up to 300 meters (984ft.) and can provide support for the neighbour network with up to 4 overlapping networks. The three LED indicators make visible the status of the connection; for example the Powerline Link (green (best), amber (better), red (good), off(no connection) and the Ethernet Link (solid, blinking, off). The advanced electrical noise filter boosts performance by preventing any interruption from household electrical appliances such as washing machines and toasters and this product is ideal for buildings which interfere with wireless networking signals.
Although a Gigabit Ethernet port maintains high performance wired connections, the TPL-401E adapters have the added bonus of auto connecting with no wired connections necessary which will make life much simpler.
