Wally West is the greatest Flash that has ever appeared in DC comics. And the primary reason for this is Mark Waid's run on writing his series. Wally's transition from sidekick to senior hero and being "the fastest man alive" became some of the most groundbreaking superhero comics DC has ever published. Living in the shadow of his former mentor, Barry Allen (who died saving the universe), made Wally a unique and truly captivating legacy character. Here Wally can be seen in his iconic 90's costume in a book that collects THE FLASH #71-82, THE FLASH ANNAUL #6 and JUSTICE LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL QUARTERLY #10. Among the stories collected in this volume is "The Return of Barry Allen", a fan favourite story that is often cited as one of the greatest Flash tales of all-time. If you are a Flash fan or new to comics this series is a seminal part of the DC COMICS lore worthy to any collection.
