Cupcakes are hard to resist, and after learning nifty cupcake decorating tricks your cupcakes will look even more tempting. After a welcome drink, an expert instructor will take you to your very own work station, complete with cupcake mat and equipment. Then it's time to get decorating! Demonstrations will be given by the tutor of 4 different cupcake covering techniques: new rose butter cream, traditional swirl, flat and glossy fondant.

Other decorating tricks you will be taught include: creating butterflies, hearts, flowers, stars, birds and polka dots. However you decide to decorate your cupcakes, they will be guaranteed colourful. As the saying goes, 'you eat with your eyes', so presentation does matter! Take home 4 cupcakes and impress family and friends with your tasty treats before they are wolfed down! You will leave the class a cupcake decorating extraordinaire. - R.K.
