With the help of his assistant the young television executive attempts to prove a point by creating the most racist, obscene show he can imagine; 'Mantan - The New Millennium Minstrel Show'. Unfortunately, he is unprepared for the fallout when the Minstrel Show, along with the show's tap dancing, blackface-clad star, Mantan and his sidekick Sleep'N Eat, become the most popular thing on television.
