Exactly a century has passed since Jack the Ripper committed his monstrous crimes on the streets of London and a series of gruesome murders are uncovered that bear a striking resemblance to the Ripper's crimes, exactly 100 years to the day after each took place.

Suspicion falls on a young doctor (James Spader), though after his death through apparent suicide the police consider the case to be closed. Yet when his identical twin brother appears, claiming to have seen visions of the true killer, it becomes clear that no one is as they seem... Will the murderer be caught before the final victim is due to be killed?
